Comprehensive Calculator Guide
This calculator works out the pay due for part of a month, such as the first month after joining or the last before leaving. It divides the salary by 30 days and multiplies by the days due: 12 days of a SAR 9,000 salary is SAR 3,600.
Daily wage and days due
Daily wage = monthly salary ÷ days per month. Saudi payrolls commonly use a 30-day month whatever its real length, so SAR 9,000 gives SAR 300 a day.
Joining on the 20th of a 30-day month means 11 days (20 to 30 inclusive): SAR 7,500 ÷ 30 × 11 = SAR 2,750. If your contract uses the real month length, change the days per month.
