Comprehensive Calculator Guide

Every meeting has a cost that never shows on an invoice: the paid time of everyone in the room. This calculator works it out from the number of attendees, their average salary and the length, and shows the yearly cost of a weekly repeat. Eight people on SAR 15,000 for an hour cost about SAR 682.

The sum and its limits

Hourly cost per person is salary ÷ monthly working hours (176 by default: 22 days × 8 hours); multiply by attendees and length. The true figure is higher once allowances, social insurance and preparation time are included.

Invite only those needed for the decision, set an agenda, and shorten the default slot. A weekly SAR 682 meeting costs over SAR 35,000 a year.

How to Use

  1. 01Enter attendees and their average monthly salary.
  2. 02Enter the length in minutes.
  3. 03Read the cost and the yearly cost if held weekly.
