This calculator gives the time between two moments on different days in hours and minutes, decimal hours and days. Sunday 08:00 to Tuesday 17:30 is 57.5 hours. Use it for trips, long shifts, car and venue rentals, and deadlines counted in hours.
How it is counted
Each day between the dates adds 1,440 minutes, then the gap between the two times is added: two days plus 9 h 30 min is 3,450 minutes, or 57.5 hours. Midnight is handled for you: 22:00 to 06:30 the next day is 8.5 hours.
Both times are taken in the same time zone; convert first if a trip crosses zones.
