Comprehensive Calculator Guide
This calculator gives the age gap between two people in years, months and days, and in total days, from their birth dates. Someone born on 20 May 1990 is 5 years, 2 months and 21 days older than someone born on 10 August 1995.
How the gap is counted
The gap never changes, since it is the distance between the two birth dates. Starting from the earlier date, the calculator adds whole years, then whole months, then counts the remaining days: 20 May 1990 → 20 May 1995 → 20 July 1995 → 10 August 1995.
The total in days is counted on the real calendar, leap years included, so it is not simply years × 365. The order of the two dates does not matter.
